This is common because during puberty stage, the level of the male hormone testosterone is increased in the body, and this is one reason why pimples are developed. Of course, parents need to find ways to help their kids get rid of such skin issues before they create a more difficult problem such as low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence.
Teaching our kids good personal hygiene is very important in order to help them get rid of such skin problems. Good personal hygiene is also the best way to prevent the development and growth of acne and pimples. It is important to introduce our kids to products that are best for their skin types as well. For example, those kids with oily skin must use facial wash or facial cleansers that are made for oily skin. These simple tips will make a big difference in their lives. Furthermore, we also have to teach them to eat a good diet, such as a diet which is rich in alkaline foods, in order to maintain better health.
Studies show that eating alkaline foods can help balance our pH level, which is more alkaline than acidic. Acidic foods can make the body become more acidic, which is prone to diseases. In addition, with a healthy alkaline diet plan, eating of meats and processed foods are discouraged, and so we will also be teaching our kids to eat what is right. After all, oily foods may trigger the development of pimples because they could make the skin even oilier, which is more prone to absorb dirt and bacteria that may cause pimples.
