An Old Grout Cleaning Recipe, Is One of the Best

If you are looking for a grout cleaning recipe that you can use to make the best grout cleaner available, you’re going to have to learn about the old grout cleaning recipes that people have used for hundreds of years. One of these recipes I learned from reading a blog about tile and grout cleaning. The guy was a tile and grout cleaning expert, and he used a simple solution of vinegar water mixed with baking soda. By mixing the vinegar with water at a one-to-one ratio, and then adding baking soda to it, he was able to make a grout cleaning product that not only clean and disinfect the surface of the grout, but also got rid of grout stains.

The secret to this grout cleaner was not only making the grout cleaner, but also using a grout scrubbing brush so that he could get between the lines and get the grout cleaner faster. If you try to use a sponge or a rag, it is going to take you longer, and it won’t be as effective at getting the stains out of the grout lines. Instead, you are going to have a lot better luck when you use a brush to clean your grout lines out with. After you are done cleaning them out with a brush, then you should take the time to rinse them and dry them thoroughly.  Even if you don’t have time to dry them completely, the vinegar and baking soda solution is diluted enough that it should do very much damage to your tile grout. As the vinegar and baking soda oxidize together, they help to lift toss things that could be found in your tile and grout.

Even though this is an old recipe, it really works. And the great part about it is that it is more environmentally friendly than most other cleaners, and isn’t really harmful to humans either.
